1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6774bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 6774bdt website at https://6774bdt.app ("the Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 6774bdt platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Site following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

6774bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the Site. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 6774bdt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, corporation, or any other legal entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 6774bdt or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 6774bdt platform or any other online gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains active.

Age Verification

6774bdt enforces a strict 18+ policy across all areas of the platform. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of a player's account lifecycle — including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other point deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

If age verification documents are not provided within the timeframe specified in a verification request, or if the documents provided reveal that the player is under 18 years of age, 6774bdt will immediately suspend the account, reverse any pending withdrawal, and — in the case of a confirmed minor — close the account permanently and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law.

3 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on 6774bdt — including depositing funds, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 6774bdt. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason — including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held in those accounts.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account. If any of your registration details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 6774bdt will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6774bdt support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the investigation is ongoing.

Account Verification (KYC)

6774bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible platform management practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time deemed necessary:

• Government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your registered mobile number)

Failure to complete the KYC process within the stated deadline may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. 6774bdt may also request re-verification at any time if our compliance team identifies unusual account activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 6774bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments may be available subject to operational conditions at the time of use.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 6774bdt is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 6774bdt account balance in real time once the payment provider confirms the transaction. 6774bdt does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial services provider may apply its own service charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name and linked to the same mobile number or personal details on your 6774bdt account. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be flagged for investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, except in cases where the original payment method is no longer active. In such cases, 6774bdt may request alternative proof of ownership before processing the withdrawal to a different account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 6774bdt aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at the time. Any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be included in a withdrawal request.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile financial services provider in relation to a 6774bdt transaction — other than in cases of genuine fraud — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 6774bdt reserves the right to suspend your account, reverse any associated bonus credits, and recover any withdrawn funds equivalent to the disputed amount through available legal means.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6774bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general bonus terms.

Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus amount, percentage match, and applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotions page at the time the offer is live. A welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of the multi-accounting rule.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be turned over on eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. Not all games on 6774bdt contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all, as specified in the promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited automatically. 6774bdt is not obligated to issue a reminder before a bonus expires.

Bonus Abuse

6774bdt monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — placing low-risk bets on high-probability outcomes to complete wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematically exploiting promotions in a manner not intended by 6774bdt. Where bonus abuse is detected, 6774bdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings generated from that bonus, and suspend or permanently close the account in question.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 6774bdt platform you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on 6774bdt under any circumstances.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, misrepresenting your identity, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your 6774bdt account.
• Automated Tools and Bots: Using any software, script, bot, AI tool, or automated process to interact with the 6774bdt platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes in the 6774bdt platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an identifiable technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Money Laundering: Using 6774bdt deposits and withdrawals to launder funds of any origin. 6774bdt complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) practices and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communication with the 6774bdt support or compliance teams.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the 6774bdt platform or its content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from 6774bdt management.

6774bdt reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an active investigation, affected account balances may be frozen. Investigations will be conducted as promptly as reasonably practicable and the affected player will be notified of the outcome.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 6774bdt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 6774bdt will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method after identity checks are completed. Suspension or Closure by 6774bdt

6774bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 6774bdt reserves the right to withhold the account balance as compensation for any losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach. Where the closure is due to account inactivity, applicable dormancy charges may be deducted from the remaining balance in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform at the time.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 6774bdt will make reasonable attempts to notify the player via email before applying any dormancy charge. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support to confirm their identity.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6774bdt and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 6774bdt platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

6774bdt does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events outside 6774bdt's reasonable control — including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, acts of government, and natural disasters — may cause temporary service interruptions. 6774bdt will make reasonable efforts to minimise the duration and impact of such interruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising from them.

All games available on 6774bdt involve an element of chance. 6774bdt makes no representation or warranty that any player will achieve a particular outcome or profit from using the platform. Past winning outcomes are not indicative of future results. Players should only gamble with funds they can afford to lose.

Governing Disputes

In the event of any dispute between you and 6774bdt arising from the use of the platform, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute through appropriate legal channels. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. You agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in English.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6774bdt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 6774bdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 6774bdt content without prior written permission from 6774bdt management.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform at the relevant time, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6774bdt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
